Table of “The Twelve” chosen by Jesus as apostles from among His disciples as listed in the gospel accounts and the book of Acts. Includes scripture references to the lists, and to the first mention of each name on the lists in each book.
Jesus is called out by the Pharisees for plucking and eating grain and for healing on the Sabbath. In response, Jesus proclaims Himself LORD of the Sabbath.
This section also contains Luke’s listing of the twelve apostles.
